Our roots are deeply embedded in over two decades of family experience in real estate. Recognizing a common gap in understanding among many real estate and property management professionals—specifically in the area of title management—we embarked on a mission to demystify this critical aspect. Our journey began with a foundational role, where as an intern at a title company, we delved into the complexities of title management. This experience ignited a passion for investigating and resolving title issues, and for empowering our clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
As we progressed from an intern to an assistant, and then to an Escrow Officer and Commercial Escrow Officer and Assistant Manager, it became clear that our clients deserved more—more attention, more education, and more dedication without the constraints of time. Driven by this realization, we established Elite Title Settlement Services. Our expertise has been built from the ground up, encompassing every facet of the business from client relations to the investigative cure on titles, processing files, closing, marketing, funding, and post-funding. Through strong relationships with underwriters, examiners, surveyors, lenders, and fellow title leaders, we've crafted a service that not only supports but enhances the real estate experience for our clients.
